• Quote request: name, email, phone, type of event, service required, date, venue, number of guests and message.
• Online order: name, company if applicable, email, phone, address, delivery date and time slot, basket contents and comments.

This data is provided directly by you. Required fields are marked in the forms.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your quote requests — pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Processing, confirming and delivering your orders — performance of the contract.
• Meeting our accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation.

Your data is never sold or used for advertising purposes.

Recipients

Your data is intended solely for the LH Gourmet team. It may be processed by our technical service providers, within the limits of their tasks: the website host (Hostinger International Limited, Cyprus, European Union) and [TO BE COMPLETED: form-handling tool, e.g. Formspree or email service].

Retention periods

• Quote requests that do not lead to an order: 3 years from the last contact.
• Customer data: for the duration of the business relationship, then 3 years.
• Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation).

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@lh-gourmet.fr; we will reply within one month.

Security

The website is served over a secure connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable measures to protect your data against loss or unauthorised access.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses no advertising cookies and no audience-measurement tools. No consent is therefore required.

• Basket: your basket contents are saved in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) so they are kept from one page to the next. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us until you send an order. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
• Fonts: the website’s fonts are loaded from the Google Fonts service, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google.
• External links: the WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook buttons take you to those services, which apply their own privacy policies.
